We accept returns that reach us within 14 days* after the date of delivery with a valid Order\/Invoice Number. Goods that are opened are not allowed for returns for hygiene purposes.

Please include a copy of your invoice or write down your invoice number on a piece of paper packed together with your returned goods. Delivery fees for returns will be fully borne by the customer with arrangement for their own courier service.
