Voluntary recall of Pigeon SuperFast
Steam & Dry Sterilizer – Closing on 31 August 2025

Following up on our earlier announcement on 30 August 2024, we’re providing an important update regarding the voluntary recall of the Pigeon SuperFast Steam & Dry Sterilizer.

As previously shared, the recall was initiated as a precautionary measure due to a potential overheating issue that may cause some parts of the product to melt. We are now entering the final phase of this recall, with 31 August 2025 set as the deadline for customers to return their products for a refund.

If you have purchased this product and have not yet returned it, please discontinue use immediately and follow the instructions below to return it for a refund.


Customer Refund Process: Customers can choose from the two following methods to return the product:

1) Return to Pigeon Singapore Office: Kindly make an appointment via email at [email protected] before returning the product in person to our office at:


– Address: Pigeon Singapore Pte Ltd, 80 Bendemeer Road, #06-01B, Singapore 339949

– Operating Hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
    • Except for Wednesday (Walk-in not available)

2) Scheduled Pick-up: If you are unable to bring the product to our office, we offer a scheduled pick-up option via email: [email protected]


A refund amount of $205 will be processed 8-10 working days from the date of receiving the product.
