If your sterilizer is not working, follow these steps:

• Check the power supply: Ensure the plug is securely connected to the power outlet.
• Check the water level: Verify that there is 80ml of water on the heating plate.
  (This step applies only to the Sterilize & Dry or Sterilize mode cycles.)
