Possible Causes:

  1. The pump parts are not assembled securely
  2. The flange is not sealed properly around the breast
  3. The milk valve and/or flange are torn
  4. The battery indicator shows a red light


Solutions:

  1. Ensure all parts are securely assembled
  2. Check that the flange is properly sealed around the breast
  3. Inspect the milk valve and flange for any tears. If torn, replace them accordingly
  4. A red battery light indicates the pump needs charging. We recommend having at least 2 battery bars before use
