How to identify a “low or no water” alert:
If there is insufficient water (less than 150ml) inside the unit, all LED lights will flash continuously and the smart bottle warmer will beep three times.

To rectify this, simply add 150ml of clean tap or distilled water to resume normal usage. If no water is added, the lights will continue to blink for 5 minutes before the unit automatically shuts down.

What should I do if the “low or no water” alert persists despite having enough water? Please perform a system reset using the following steps:

Step 1: Unplug the device and wait a few seconds.
Step 2: Completely empty any remaining water from the unit.
Step 3: Plug the device back in and switch it on. You must hear a “beep” sound (if you don’t, return to Step 1). Within 5 seconds of the beep, press and hold the “WARM MILK” and “+” buttons simultaneously until the LEDs light up.
Step 4: Once the timer display disappears from the LED screen, unplug the unit and wait a few seconds.
Step 5: Plug the device back in, fill it with the required 150ml of water, and verify that normal operation has resumed.
