How long does it take for my BYOB order to be processed and delivered?
You can expect the same turnaround time as a regular order for your Build Your Own Bottle (BYOB) order.
Can I edit my BYOB order after I have submitted and paid the order?
Edits and/or changes cannot be made once your Build Your Own Bottle (BYOB) order has been submitted. Any adjustments to an order should be made prior to submitting the order.
Are there other bottles (e.g. SofTouch™ T-ESTER, PP, or Glass) available for customization?
At the moment, only the SofTouch™ PPSU bottle is available for customization. Stay tuned to our social media platforms or website for updates on the expansion of BYOB!
