An item is missing from my parcel. What should I do?

We’re sorry that we missed your item! Please email to [email protected] with the following details:
1. A picture of the all the goods received.
2. A picture of the list of items
3. Your order number and the missing item with product code
We will be in touch with the next steps to take and advise on the availability of replacement. Upon review and verification, we will arrange for courier service to deliver the missing items. Only next day delivery timeslots are available.
If a replacement is no longer available, we will proceed to process the refund via credit voucher within 7 working days. No extra fees will be charged for refunds to your account in this case.
