Yes, the re-delivery charges will be fully absorbed by customer if they fail to receive their parcels after 3 delivery attempts. Parcels will be returned to PIGEON Singapore if the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful. To retrieve your parcel, you can
1) Collect it at PIGEON’s office
2) Choose our re-delivery services here: https://pigeon.com.sg/product/re-delivery/
3) Arrange for your own courier service to our office:
