Please email to [email protected] within 14 days* after receiving your order with the following details:
Title of Email: Wrong Item Received for Order/Invoice #xxxxx (edit your order number in)
1. Full Name
2. Your order number/invoice #xxxxxx
3. The name/product code of the missing item(s)
4. The name/product code of the wrong item(s)
5. Attach supporting photos or videos
If a replacement is no longer available, we will process the refund within 7 working days to your payment mode. Returned items must be unused and have all the parts and accessories that came with it. No extra fees will be charged for refunds to your account in this case.
*With Day 1 being the day after you receive your order.
