If you did not manage to collect your orders, fret not, as we will re-attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the parcel will be returned to PIGEON Singapore. For us to dispatch your order to you again, re-delivery fees will be chargeable and re-delivery timeslots are only available the next working day.
We will keep the parcel for 2 weeks and if the parcel is not retrieved, we will proceed to make a refund to your account with the incurred delivery fees deducted from your refunds.
