Voluntary recall of Pigeon SuperFast
Steam & Dry Sterilizer

As a precautionary measure, we are conducting a voluntary recall of the Pigeon SuperFast Steam & Dry Sterilizer due to a potential overheating issue that may cause some parts of the product to melt.
If you have purchased this product, please discontinue use immediately and have your product returned for a refund. 

Customer Refund Process: Customers can choose from the two following methods to return the product:

1) Return to Pigeon Singapore Office: You can return the product in person to our office at:

Operating Hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (31 Aug – 5 Oct)*

*Note: The extended operating hours on Saturdays apply only from 31 August to 5 October 2024.

2) Scheduled Pick-up: If you are unable to bring the product to our office, we offer a scheduled pick-up option via email: [email protected]


The refund amount of $205 will be processed 8-10 working days from the date of receiving the product.
