Replacement of SuperFast Steam & Dry Sterilizer

As a part of our continuous efforts to ensure that our products meet strict quality standards, we perform consistent checks for safety of our customers.

Through one of our checks, we have identified that a batch of our SuperFast Steam & Dry Sterilizer has been found to contain loose wiring that may pose a potential fire risk.

The safety of our customers is of paramount importance to us and as such, we have decided to voluntarily replace all affected units. The affected batch has the lot number GC21A. The current selling units in our authorised retailers are not affected.

If you have purchased a unit from the affected batch, we advise you to cease use of this product immediately and reach out to our Customer Service Department for the replacement.

Steps to take for replacement:

  1. Find the lot number of your steriliser at the base of the appliance, turn your unit so you can view the label. (Affected lot no.: GC21A)Replacement model
  2. If your lot number is GC21A, please contact our Customer Service Department and choose from the 2 options available: delivery or self-collection at our office.
