Returns & Exchanges Questions

If you returned an item that is not eligible for returns, we'll drop you an email once your order is being processed. There will be a re-delivery fee for the item to be returned to you, but only our re-delivery options are available.
You may return the item(s) to our office via your preferred choice of carrier to or opt for our courier option.
To ship an item back to us,
1. Print out your invoice or write down your invoice number on paper
2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box and seal it.

You will be reimbursed / refunded through the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • It may take 3-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
  • A credit card refund can only be issued to the card used for the original purchase. It’s not possible to have your refund issued directly to a different card.
Yes, we allow exchange for individual items only, excluding items in a bundle. Delivery fees will be fully adsorbed by the customer. You can either choose our courier services here: https://pigeon.com.sg/product/re-delivery or arrange for your own courier services.
  • Yes you can return your item provided the product is unopened and unused in the original condition and packaging.
  • We accept returns that reach us within 15 days from the date of delivery with a valid Order Reference Number.
  • Goods that are opened are not allowed for returns for hygiene purposes.
Please include a copy of your invoice or write down your invoice number on a piece of paper packed together with your returned goods. Delivery fees for returns will be fully borne by the customer with arrangement for their own courier service. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
