Delivery Questions

We will re-attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the parcel will be returned to PIGEON Singapore. For us to dispatch your order to you again, re-delivery fees will be chargeable and re-delivery timeslots are only available the next working day. We will keep the parcel for 2 weeks and if the parcel is not retrieved, we will proceed to make a refund to your account with the incurred delivery fees deducted from your refunds.
No, we don’t offer international deliveries. We only do domestic (Singapore) deliveries at the moment.
Yes, the re-delivery charges will be fully absorbed by customer if they fail to receive their parcels after 3 delivery attempts. Parcels will be returned to PIGEON Singapore if the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful. To retrieve your parcel, you can
1) Collect it at PIGEON’s office
2) Choose our re-delivery services here: https://pigeon.com.sg/product/re-delivery/
3) Arrange for your own courier service to our office:

Yes we deliver on Saturdays (excluding public holidays) from 9am to 6pm. Simply indicate your preferred timeslot by selecting the weekend delivery option upon checkout.
Please indicate under the remarks section in the checkout page that you want weekend delivery.
We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.
We are also unable to deliver to P.O boxes, as deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
All deliveries will come with tracking. The tracking ID can be found in the order confirmation email.
Please allow 1 business day after dispatch for the order status to be updated. If you are unable to trace your order after 1 business day, please email to hello@sg.pigeon.com

FREE Standard shipping with minimum purchase of $60: Delivers within 2-3 working days upon dispatch.
Express Shipping (1-2 working days upon dispatch): anytime 9am to 6pm : $9
Orders made after 4.30pm on Friday, will only be processed the following working Monday, excluding public holiday.
Standard Shipping 2-3 working days upon dispatch: anytime 9am to 6pm : $6
Upon order confirmation, your order will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2 business days. Thereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes.
