The milk valves and inner cups of the GoMini Plus Electric Breast Pumps are delicate. Do handle them with care.

Soak them in lukewarm water and wash using Pigeon Liquid Cleanser. Use fingers to rub gently as strong pressure might cause damage.

*Do not use brush when washing milk valves and inner cups.

All pump parts can be washed and sterilized except for tubes and tube connectors.

Please wipe with dry clean cloth if tubes and tube connectors are dirty.

If there is milk leakage from the motor unit, please turn off the motor unit and check if the inner cup is torn or damaged. When there is no suction power, please check the following. GoMini Plus / Electric Breast Pump Portable / Electric Breast Pump Pro
  • Does the flange fit your breast perfectly?
After confirming that the flange fits your breast, turn the power on and use the pump.
  • Is the Comfort ProperFit™ flange firmly attached to the flange?
  • There is a cut at the tip of the silicone valve. Is the cut torn or widened?
If the above is the case, please replace it with a spare valve and then use the pump.
  • Is each part assembled correctly?
  • Is the silicone valve inserted firmly (until it stops)?
  • Is the soft cup placed inside the main body?
  • Is the soft cup turned inside out or torn?
  • Is there moisture in the soft cup?
If breastmilk or moisture from washing the pump parts sticks inside the soft cup, it may flow back to the motor and you may not be able to pump.
  • Is the flange firmly inserted in the main body?
Manual Breast Pump
  • Does the flange fit your breast perfectly?
  • Is the Comfort ProperFit™ flange firmly attached to the flange?
  • There is a cut at the tip of the silicone valve. Is the cut torn or widened?
If the above is the case, please replace it with a spare valve and then use the pump.
  • Is each part assembled correctly?
  • Is the diaphragm perfectly set, so as not to have a visible gap?
  • Is the silicone valve inserted firmly (until it stops)?
In all cases, please fit your breast firmly with the flange so that there is no space between them. If there is a gap between your breast and the flange or space between improperly assembled parts, you may not be able to pump as the suction pressure will be insufficient. You should also ensure that your milk valves are not torn. If the problem persists, we recommend you to contact our Customer Service Department at 6541 1700 during out operation hours (Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 5pm *avoid lunch hours 12pm-2pm).
As a rule of thumb, you should change the breast pads every 3 to 4 hours at feeding time. The rich nutrients in breast milk and the heat of your body make Breast Pads an ideal breeding ground for bacteria. Be fastidious about changing them. Breast Pads are an essential product for mothers who are breastfeeding their babies, because they catch milk that leaks out. Perfectly adjustable to the shape of your breasts, both sides feature gentle gathers and adhesive tape.
