Pigeon new SofTouch™ nipple is designed with an additional Latch-on line to guide the mother to help her baby to attach (latch-on) it appropriately. The nipple tip is ultra-soft (as soft as a marshmallow), especially the Size SS Nipple , which uses ultra-soft silicone rubber that is close to the elasticity of the mother's breast.
Yes, the Pigeon Baby Fabric Softener has a low-suds formula. It is made with Japan low-foaming formulation which makes rinsing off easy for hand washing, and suitable for Front Load washing machines.
Pigeon Baby Fabric Softener’s FabriCool formulation actively cools down clothing throughout baby’s active day to make clothing more comfortable. Clothing temperature cools down by up to -3.2°C after 5 minutes of rest compared to -0.4°C when using other standard Fabric Softener without FabriCool formulation.
You do not need a large amount of softener! Pigeon Baby Fabric Softener uses a concentrated formula, hence only a small amount is needed for each wash. Front Load Washing Machine: 1 cap (25 mL) of Pigeon Baby Fabric Softener Top Load Washing Machine: 2 caps (50mL) of Pigeon Baby Fabric Softener Hand Wash: Add 2.5mL of Pigeon Baby Fabric Softener into 1L of water
Add Pigeon Baby Laundry Capsule into the washing machine’s drum before adding any clothes to allow the capsule to dissolve properly. Detergent residue may be left on clothes if the capsule is placed on the top of the clothes. Rinse your laundry immediately with warm water if streaks or spots are found on clothes. Caution: Do not place capsule into the detergent or softener drawer compartment.
It is recommended to wash 10 pieces of baby clothing with 1 capsule. For bigger laundry load, use 2 capsules. Do not overload the washing machine as sufficient space and water is required for the capsule to dissolve completely. Make sure to allow for about 10 centimetres of space between the top of your drum and your laundry.

  • If you are to use UV sterilizer, T-Ester bottles will be the more suitable option to choose because of its high UV resistance. When using UV sterilizer with drying function, it is necessary to place the bottle body at least 1 inch (2.54cm) away from the inner wall/ceiling where the air ventilation outlet is. This may avoid any damage or deterioration of the bottle.

  • If your sterilization method is steam sterilizer or boiling, you may consider PPSU which has the highest heat resistance at 180°C.
  • For Bottle Material:
Please refer to the chart below on the recommended material to use based on the different specifications:
Pigeon Nursing Bottle Chart
You can interchange your New SofTouch™ Nipple with the current SofTouch Nipple. However, the hood & screw cap of the New Pigeon SofTouch™ Nursing Bottle are not interchangeable with the hood or screw cap of existing Pigeon SofTouch Nursing Bottles.
Don't worry! The wide gap will not affect your feeding sessions. In order to maintain the overall style and aesthetics of the New SofTouch™ wide neck nursing bottles, they are designed in this particular shape.
The smaller the nipple size, the more important the proper attachment (latch-on) is, thus the wider the latch-on line, the more visible it is. As the baby's age increases, the importance decreases, so the line becomes narrower. View our available size line-up from SS to LLL with flow volume matched to baby’s development.
Yes, all T-Ester bottles are BPA/BPS free and pass the European standard. Also, the bottles and all other parts have passed the safety test (migration test) after 100 hours of UV sterilization.
Yes, all of the T-Ester bottle parts (i.e. bottle, nipple, cap and hood) can be sterilised by UV sterilizer. When using UV sterilizer with drying function, it is necessary to place the bottle body at least 1 inch (2.54cm) away from the inner wall/ceiling where the air ventilation outlet is. This may avoid any damage or deterioration of the bottle. However, please look out for the signs of aging – it is recommended to replace the product when it starts to discolour and/or turn cloudy.
The T-Ester material allows several sterilization methods. You can use any of the methods such as boiling, steam sterilization, chemical sterilization and UV sterilization for T-Ester bottles. When using UV sterilizer with drying function, it is necessary to place the bottle body at least 1 inch (2.54cm) away from the inner wall/ceiling where the air ventilation outlet is. This may avoid any damage or deterioration of the bottle.
[Boiling, steam or chemical sterilization]
    • We recommend to replace the bottle every 6 – 12 months. If you see any stubborn milk stains, scratches or discolouration on the Nursing Bottle, it is an indication to consider changing to new nursing bottles.

    • For the silicone nipple, we recommend rotating 2 or more nipples for about 2 months before replacing them (boiling, steam and chemical).

  • If you see any stubborn milk stains, scratches or discolouration on the Nipple, it is an indication to consider changing to new nipples.
  [UV Sterilization]
  • When using UV sterilizer with drying function, it is necessary to place the bottle body at least 1 inch (2.54cm) away from the inner wall/ceiling where the air ventilation outlet is. This may avoid any damage or deterioration of the bottle.

  •  UV Sterilization may subject the material to premature aging, especially if it is subjected to repeated sterilization. Therefore, we recommend you replace the product when it starts to discolour and/or turns cloudy.

To install the Wuggy seat well: Remove the buckle and open the zipper on the back side. Next, adjust the seat so that the crotch belt is in the center of the frame before attaching. For details, please refer to "How to attach and detach the seat" in the instruction manual.
The bouncer (Wuggy) can be used for children from 1 month to 30 months of age (maximum weight under 15 kg). However, long-term use may cause the bouncer to gradually lose its original strength or to break due to loosening of various parts. Please discontinue using the bouncer after 4 years of use.
The Wuggy Baby Bouncer is an indoor product and should be used indoors. However, it can be used on balconies or other places with a stable floor. *Please be careful not to get it wet, as wetting it in the rain can cause the pipes to rust and lead to colour fading of the fabric.
The sheet can be washed in a washing machine. However, please fold it in three so that the buckle is facing inward and put it in a laundry net before washing. For details, please refer to "▶Care Instructions" in the instruction manual.
Yes. The Wuggy head pillow should be used from 1 to 4 months of age (until the baby's neck is fully formed). Since the pillow is only for neck support, there is no problem using the bouncer without it.
Please do not allow your child to sit in the bouncer for too long, stop using it after 2 hours. Do not use the bouncer as a bed.
Here's how to adjust the recline on the Wuggy bouncer in 2 simple steps: (1) With the lever pushed inward, release the knob while slightly lifting the frame. (2) Lift the frame until it snaps into place.
Once your child is able to sit up, you can use the Wuggy bouncer as a chair. When your child is able to stand on his/her own, please stop using it as a bouncer and switch to using it as a chair. The standard usage period for the bouncer is 7 months. The recommended use period is from around 7 months to 30 months (15 kg).
The white and brown dots are the characteristics of the T-Ester material; thus they are unavoidable and are harmless to the babies. We would like to assure you that our T-Ester Nursing Bottles have undergone strict compliance hygiene tests on food contact materials in accordance with the regulation laws of European Standard (EN14350) to conform to the highest quality standards and are safe for their intended use.
If your baby grows comfortable with one certain nipple, he or she may object if you change to a new one. Rotate the use of 2 or more nipples for about 2 months before replacing them. To prevent the nipples from becoming worn out, replace them earlier if necessary, without regard to how many times they have been used. The nipples may be worn by biting. Special attention is needed for teething child.
We recommend parents to change nursing bottles every 6-12 months (applicable to all types of materials if using boiling, steam & chemical sterilisation) for hygiene purposes.

If you see any stubborn milk stains, scratches or discolouration on the Nursing Bottle, it is an indication to consider changing to new nursing bottles.

If you prefer UV Sterilizer as the main sterilization method to sterilize Pigeon plastic and silicone material products, you may continue to do so.

However, do note that UV Sterilization may subject the material to premature aging, especially if it is subjected to repeated sterilization. Therefore, we recommend you replace the product when it starts to discolour and/or turns cloudy.

When using UV sterilizer with drying function, it is necessary to place the bottle body at least 1 inch (2.54cm) away from the inner wall/ceiling where the air ventilation outlet is. This may avoid any damage or deterioration of the bottle.
Yes, you may do so as the formula of our liquid detergent is less foaming and of concentrated formula – only a small amount is needed for each wash thus it is suitable for front load machine. Pigeon Baby Laundry Detergent is formulated to simultaneously attract and repel dirt and rinses away without damaging your clothes, your washer or your skin with the unique 1) Trap, 2) Lift, 3) Clean technology. The recommended usage amount for washing machines are as follows:
30L 10ml
45L 15ml
60L 20ml
Hygiene is very important to a growing baby. It is good to wash your pacifiers or teethers after each use. To wash pacifiers and teethers, we recommend using PIGEON Liquid Cleansers. Follow cleaning instructions on the liquid cleanser packaging and rinse thoroughly after each wash. You can also sterilize both items if necessary, and wipe with a clean towel dipped in warm water or with our Anti-bacterial wet tissue. Always remove trapped water before use.
You may sterilize the pacifiers/soothers with both physical or chemical methonds. All PIGEON pacifiers/soothers currently available in the market may be sterilized by boiling, steaming in the microwave, or soaking in chemical sterilizing solutions.
We have a huge range of weaning products that are helpful when you are bringing your baby out. We recommend our Feeding Dish with Spoon or Do-it-myself Spoon Fork Set. Both sets come with lids and offer you the convenience of storing baby’s food securely when you bring your baby out. Alternatively, if you are looking to just bring a set of kid's cutlery for your little one, you may consider the Self-weaning Fork and Spoon with Case.
If your Mag Mag cup is leaking, it might be due to the gasket placement. During dismantling and assembling of the Mag Mag Cup, the white gasket could have been placed wrongly; the protruding part of the gasket should be facing you to make the product leak-proof. Thus we recommend you checking on the position of the gasket.  In particular, please check the following:
  • Is the gasket attached?
  • Are the air valves completely pressed in the "Closed" direction? Check to see whether the valves are completely set by pressing them from both sides
  • Is the straw hood completely closed? The cup is designed so that tilting causes the contents to flow out of the tip of the straw. There will be no leakage if the hood is completely closed
YES, you may interchange the SofTouch™ nipples onto your Mag Mag Spout Cup.
Baby Oil is mainly used for baby massage, while Baby Lotion is used on a daily basis after bath to moisturize baby’s skin.
Baby Wipe is a wet tissue-style wipe, and each sheet is cut from nonwoven fabrics, then folded and stored on top of one another. Each sheet is not connected, but pulling out sheets together is possible, as the sheets contain a chemical solution and they stick easily to each other because of the moisture. In such cases, if you pull it hard towards you in a quick manner, it will be easier to take out one sheet at a time.
There is no specified expiry date for the baby wipes. We make it so that its quality does not change up to two and a half years from the date of manufacturing when the product remains unopened and preserved in a normal environment. However, contents might experience sight alterations when stored in places containing high temperatures, wide-ranging changes in the temperature, humidity, and/or direct sunlight. Please do not use the product if it smells strange when the package is opened, or if it is discoloured even before its expiry. Please do not store it in areas with high temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight; use it as soon as possible after opening the package.
Both the Moisturizing Cloths and Pure Water Wipes are extremely gentle on baby's skin which are absolutely safe for sensitive and delicate skin. Moisturizing Cloths contains lanolin (a moisturizer) and uses lattice weave fabric that catches sticky and watery stools easily. Whereas for the Pure Water Wipes (red packaging), it contains 100% pure water and uses plain weave fabric that is soft on babies.
Baby Wipes are recommended for use on baby’s bottom which is the most delicate body part, and they are also safe to wipe on baby’s bodies and face.  However, to wipe your baby's mouth and hands after feeding, we recommend our Hand and Mouth Wipes, which contains 100% food grade ingredients.
Both wet tissues contain 100% food grade ingredients that are safe for babies. The main difference between these two items is in the usage occasion. Anti-bacterial wet tissue is used to disinfect feeding utensils, teethers and pacifiers, or even surfaces. This is especially ideal for outdoor use where soap and water are not readily available, as it kills 99.99% of bacteria! On the other hand, the Hand & Mouth wet tissue is gentle and safe to use on your baby’s hands face and mouth, especially during feeding. It can safely remove food stains!
All tap water contains mineral deposits that are invisible to the naked eye. When heated at high temperature, water evaporates and leaves a thin layer of mineral deposits (Lime scale) on the heating plate. Such deposits look dirty and are often mistaken as rust. If deposits are not cleared regularly, it will affect the performance of your Sterilizer. We recommend 2 ways of removing the lime scale residue:
  • Lemon Juice Cleaning
  • Vinegar & Water Cleaning
You may follow the descaling method here or refer to the product manual for sterilizers for detailed information.
There are not much bubbles forming because the Liquid Cleanser is made from food-grade ingredients and safe to use. Its unique low foaming formula make its perfect for easy rinsing yet at the same time the formula works well to clean away milk stains.
You would still need to sterilize your items separately after washing. Pigeon Liquid Cleanser is a detergent, so it should not be used for as a sterilization method. Please sterilize nursing bottles, nipples, and other parts after washing them sufficiently with the detergent by any of the following methods; sterilization by boiling, microwave steam, or with a chemical solution. In addition, when sterilizing with microwave steam, please use a special sterilization container.
The Pigeon Liquid Cleanser can be used for both soaking and washing. Just like normal household detergents, it can be dispensed directly on a brush or sponge to do cleaning. It can also be used for soaking.
PIGEON Liquid Cleanser is the ideal and safe cleanser to be used for cleaning baby accessories such as nursing bottles, nipples, pacifiers and toys.  You can even use it to wash fruits and vegetables.  It contains 100% food grade ingredients, and minimises baby’s exposure to harsh chemicals.  It is strong and effective against dirt and milk stains yet harmless and safe for babies. Moreover, it has anti-bacterial properties, and is proven to kill 99.99% of bacteria.
PIGEON Liquid Cleanser is the only brand available in Singapore that is made with 100% food grade ingredients, which makes it an ideal cleanser that is safe for babies. Such food grade ingredients are more expensive than other ingredients which are not food grade.
Please do not store the PIGEON Liquid Cleanser in high temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight and use it as soon as possible after opening the package.
The nipple hole and the ventilation valve (vent) on the nipple flange could be clogged with milk residues. When the hole is clogged, milk does not flow easily. This may lead to situations whereby the nipple collapses and caves in towards the bottle. To prevent nipple collapsing, keep the nipple hole and vent clear so that they will not be clogged with milk residues. When you wash the nipple with washing detergent, gently use your fingers to rub clean the ventilation valves and vent. Please be careful not to pull and/or wash the ventilation valve too hard as the ventilation valve or vent may split and cause leaks.
Silicone rubber can be slightly delicate, and sensitive to tearing. Also, since the rubber is thin at the tip of the nipple, it may tear as a result of physical force even if it has not been used so many times. The “Y Cross Cut Nipple” in particular tends to split easily, as it has notches in three directions as compared to nipples with round holes. Please use a nipple cleansing brush when washing the nipple. Push the tip of the nipple with your fingers so that the nipple brush does not break through the tip of the nipple when washing it.
When the ventilation valve does not function properly, or your baby’s sucking power is too strong to adequately vent the bottle, it may lead to unexpected accidents such as the nipple collapsing, the nipple caving in towards the bottle, or your baby’s lips and tongue getting caught.
The bubbles that appear in the bottle while your baby is drinking are a sure sign that the ventilation is working correctly.

In cases when bubbles do not appear in the bottle, the nipple collapses when your baby’s mouth is not attached to the nipple, the nipple caves in towards the bottle is dislodged.

Please check the following points for  SofTouch™ Wide-Neck Nipple:
  • Is the ventilation valve clogged by milk residues, or anything else? If so, please wash the valve gently with your fingers.

  • Does the nipple match the baby's suction power? If the baby's suction power is strong and the nipple collapses, please use a nipple with the next highest milk flow after the currently used nipple.
Please check the following points for Flexible Slim-Neck Nipple:
  • Is the vent clogged with milk residues or anything else? If so, gently use a nipple cleaning brush to clean the residues of the vent area with our Pigeon liquid cleanser. Be careful not to pierce the vent area, as widening may lead to milk leakage.

  • Does the nipple match with the baby's suction power? If the baby's suction power is strong and the nipple collapses, please use a nipple with the next highest milk flow after the currently used nipple.
Available size line-up of SofTouch™ Nipple from SS to LLL with flow volume matched to baby’s development. For further understanding, refer FAQ on: How do I choose the most appropriate nipple size for my SofTouch™ Nursing Bottle?
In the case of the nipple hole being round, milk may gush out when you turn the bottle upside down after making the formula in the bottle. This phenomenon is caused by the air in the bottle expanding due to the warm temperature of the milk, and the milk is then pushed out. After a while, it will settle down, and the milk will start dripping instead – this is the time to bottle feed your baby. You may also remove the screw cap once after making the formula in the bottle, then screw the screw cap on again so that the air pressure in the bottle is reduced and the milk does not gush out easily.
Your baby’s age, duration of feeding time and drinking amount will be your guide for choosing the best nipple hole size. Babies of the same age will have different requirements. Therefore, select the best size according to the development of your baby. When your baby is taking longer times to finish drinking, even if ventilation is working well or the nipple keeps collapsing, please upgrade to the next size. Available size line-up of SofTouch™ Nipple from SS to LLL with flow volume matched to baby’s development. Guide for Types of SofTouch™ Nipple
Size Age in Months Type of Nipple Hole Feeding Time and Amount
SS Babies 0+ Months Round Hole About 10 min for 50ml
S 1 Month Old Baby Onwards Round Hole About 10 min for 100ml
M 3 Months Old Baby Onwards Y Cross-Cut Hole About 10 min for 150ml
L 6 Months Old Baby Onwards Y Cross-Cut Hole About 10 min for 200ml
LL 9 Months Old Baby Onwards Y Cross-Cut Hole About 5 min for 200ml
LLL 15 Months Old Baby Onwards Y Cross-Cut Hole Adjust according to baby's drinking situation
Also, if your baby grows comfortable with one certain nipple, he or she may object if you change to a new one. Rotate the use of 2 or more nipples for about 2 months before replacing them.
Pigeon has wide-neck nursing bottles (SofTouch™ Nursing Bottle and Mag Mag Training cup) and non-wide bottles (Flexible slim-neck bottle). Wide-neck nursing bottles are interchangeable, but they are not compatible with slim-neck nursing bottles, so they cannot be used as a set.
Babies transit better from breast to bottle feeding with wide-neck bottles as their mouth open widely when sucking from their mother’s breast.  So it is advisable for babies to try on the wide-neck bottles to allow baby to use their natural sucking motion learned at the breast.
SofTouch™ nipples feature a unique valve with an air ventilation system (AVS™) to enable smooth and comfortable sucking. The Anti-Colic, advanced air vent system reduces intake of gas which causes colic. The bubbles that appear in the bottle form as a result of this system, and are a sign that the ventilation is working correctly. If bubbles do not appear in the bottle, it means that the milk is not flowing properly, and the cap should be slightly loosened for optimal performance.
If you notice your baby feeding slow, it may be a sign to upgrade the nipple size to a bigger one. The recommended time for each feeding is 10-15 minutes. If your baby is taking 20 minutes or longer, you may want to switch to an M-size or Y-cut nipple.
Yes, it is highly recommended to use washing detergent. Milk contains fat and protein that cannot be washed away using just plain water.  Before sterilizing the bottles, be sure to wash them clean with washing detergent and rinse them thoroughly. We recommend using Pigeon liquid cleanser to wash the bottles and nipples as it is made with 100% food grade ingredients, and therefore a safer option as compared with general dish-washing detergent.
Yes, we do sell spare parts (such as Funnel, Funnel Cushion & Milk Valves) for breast pumps at the PIGEON counter at Takashimaya Level 4 and our E-shop www.pigeon.com.sg. All spare parts are upon stocks availability. We recommend you to contact our Customer Service Department at 6541 1700 to check on stocks availability before going down to avoid any disappointment.
When there is no suction power, please check the following. GoMini Plus / Electric Breast Pump Portable / Electric Breast Pump Pro
  • Does the flange fit your breast perfectly?
After confirming that the flange fits your breast, turn the power on and use the pump.
  • Is the Comfort ProperFit™ flange firmly attached to the flange?
  • There is a cut at the tip of the silicone valve. Is the cut torn or widened?
If the above is the case, please replace it with a spare valve and then use the pump.
  • Is each part assembled correctly?
  • Is the silicone valve inserted firmly (until it stops)?
  • Is the soft cup placed inside the main body?
  • Is the soft cup turned inside out or torn?
  • Is there moisture in the soft cup?
If breastmilk or moisture from washing the pump parts sticks inside the soft cup, it may flow back to the motor and you may not be able to pump.
  • Is the flange firmly inserted in the main body?
Manual Breast Pump
  • Does the flange fit your breast perfectly?
  • Is the Comfort ProperFit™ flange firmly attached to the flange?
  • There is a cut at the tip of the silicone valve. Is the cut torn or widened?
If the above is the case, please replace it with a spare valve and then use the pump.
  • Is each part assembled correctly?
  • Is the diaphragm perfectly set, so as not to have a visible gap?
  • Is the silicone valve inserted firmly (until it stops)?
In all cases, please fit your breast firmly with the flange so that there is no space between them. If there is a gap between your breast and the flange or space between improperly assembled parts, you may not be able to pump as the suction pressure will be insufficient. You should also ensure that your milk valves are not torn. If the problem persists, we recommend you to contact our Customer Service Department at 6541 1700 during out operation hours (Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 5pm *avoid lunch hours 12pm-2pm).
As a rule of thumb, you should change the breast pads every 3 to 4 hours at feeding time. The rich nutrients in breast milk and the heat of your body make Breast Pads an ideal breeding ground for bacteria. Be fastidious about changing them. Breast Pads are an essential product for mothers who are breastfeeding their babies, because they catch milk that leaks out. Perfectly adjustable to the shape of your breasts, both sides feature gentle gathers and adhesive tape.
