Delivery Questions

If you did not manage to collect your orders, fret not, as we will re-attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the parcel will be returned to Pigeon Singapore. For us to dispatch your order to you again, re-delivery fees will be chargeable and re-delivery timeslots are only available the next working day. We will keep the parcel for 2 weeks and if the parcel is not retrieved, we will proceed to make a refund to your account with the incurred delivery fees deducted from your refunds.
No, we don’t deliver internationally at the moment. We only do domestic (Singapore) deliveries for now.
Yes, the re-delivery charges will be fully absorbed by customer if they fail to receive their parcels after 3 delivery attempts. Parcels will be returned to Pigeon Singapore if the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful. To retrieve your parcel, you can
1) Collect it at Pigeon's office
2) Arrange for your own courier service to our office:

Operation Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Wednesday, do avoid lunch time from 12pm to 2pm)
*Please arrange for re-delivery within 14 working days. Otherwise, we will proceed to do a refund via credit voucher with incurred courier fees deduction from the value.
No delivery on weekends and public holidays, we regret to inform that we only deliver on working days.
We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.
We are also unable to deliver to P.O boxes, as deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

  • FREE Standard Shipping with minimum purchase of $60: Delivers within 4-6 working days upon dispatch.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 working days upon dispatch): anytime 9am to 6pm : $9
  • Standard Shipping (4-6 working days upon dispatch): anytime 9am to 6pm : $6
Orders made after 4.30pm on Friday, will only be processed the following working Monday, excluding public holiday.
Upon order confirmation, your order will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2 business days. Thereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes.
